With a dream and a churro car shipped from Mexico, she began introducing Londoners to the flavors of her homeland, starting with golden churros and expanding to mouthwatering tacos, elotes, and more.
Erika's small stand soon became a sensation, drawing those craving genuine Mexican cuisine.
The story took a thrilling turn in 2023
Starting with a small food venture that quickly gained popularity. Her dedication to authenticity and quality led to the launch of a thriving delivery kitchen. By 2023, Mexclub proudly opened its doors in Pop Brixton, bringing a true taste of Mexico to London.
Building on this success, Mexclub expanded to Hackney Bridge, creating another space where people can enjoy vibrant Mexican flavours in a lively, welcoming atmosphere.
Today, Mexclub is a reflection of Erika’s dream and her commitment to sharing the rich flavours of her homeland
