With a dream and a churro car shipped from Mexico, she began introducing Londoners to the flavors of her homeland, starting with golden churros and expanding to mouthwatering tacos, elotes, and more.
Erika's small stand soon became a sensation, drawing those craving genuine Mexican cuisine.
The story took a thrilling turn in 2022 when Cesar joined the venture
Leading to the birth of a popular delivery kitchen. Their combined passion resonated with the city, and by 2023, they proudly opened Mexclub's doors in Pop Brixton.
Today, Mexclub It's a testament to Erika's dream, Cesar's passion, and the authentic taste of Mexico.
